"Thanks for the info. I've been using your program for years AND IT WORKED AGAIN!!! I got a 2003 highlander limited with perforated leather, 6 disc cd changer, power sunroof, mats, for $27097.00 -- $1537.65 under invoice. At the end the dealer tried to back out of the deal and play with the numbers, but I had my lease pro print out and he couldn't hide a thing. We shopped the deal with 3 other dealers and they told us take it and run, so we did. Keep up the good work."

This software is awesome!!! The README file is enough to get the basics accomplished. I've run my numbers about 10 different ways. Honda actually hadn't cheated on lease! I did get a filled in copy of the Lease Agreement from them without signing. The only "bad" thing they did was capitalize $40 for the floor mats I'm buying. I'm holding though because the money factor is too high at .00320 plus a $1,000 for my trade is just ok.
